Snestico: AI apartment search and roommate finder

81,000+ homes for rent listed right now in Austin, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Miami and Boston. Searching, roommate chat and Scam Check are free.

Snestico is an AI apartment search and roommate matching platform for renters, students and young professionals in the United States. Describe the place you want in plain words, with your budget, bedrooms, area and must-haves, and Snesty, our AI assistant, searches real listings for rent or for sale and explains the trade-offs.

Live listings open on their own Snestico page with every photo, nearby schools, price history, a mortgage calculator for homes for sale and a rent splitter for rentals. Each result shows how its price compares with similar homes, the commute time to your work or campus, and warnings for listings that look stale or too good to be true. Turn on the home-hunting agent and it watches for new listings that match, free.

Roommate matching compares up to 24 lifestyle preferences, such as sleep schedules, cleanliness, guests and budget, and only shows a compatibility score when there is enough information to compare. The local marketplace and community hub help you furnish your place and meet neighbors. Finding a home on Snestico is free; optional extras like a 3-month Move Pass are paid once and never renew.

Moving for college or a new job? Stop scrolling through every group and listing site. Get matched with roommates who live like you, check any listing for scams before you pay, and know the neighborhood before you arrive. Free.

Roommates who live like you

Matched on sleep, cleanliness, guests, pets and budget, with the reasons shown. Chat in the app before you share a lease.

Check it before you pay

Paste the listing and their messages. Scam Check spots fake listings, wire and Zelle requests and "I'm overseas" stories before money moves.

Know the neighborhood first

Rents, safety, commute to campus or office, groceries and transit, for any neighborhood, before you arrive.

Hear first when a home lists

Get an alert when a matching home lists, so you can move before the good ones are gone. One home-hunting agent is free, and it skips listings with scam signs.

Snestico is for people renting a home and the roommates they share it with. It isn't a broker or a property manager, and it doesn't run background checks. Only the Scouts who tour homes for you have their ID checked (by Stripe); roommates and landlords don't, so meet in public and check a listing before you pay.
