Delete your Snestico account

Delete your Snestico account and its personal data at any time: sign in on snestico.ai or in the Snestico app for Android or iPhone, open Dashboard, then Profile, Security Settings and Delete Account.

Can't sign in? Email support@snestico.ai from your account's address with the subject "Delete my Snestico account". Your profile, listings, posts, messages and uploads are deleted; payment records are kept without your name for tax rules.

Your account

You can delete your Snestico account and the personal data that goes with it at any time, from the website, from the Snestico app for Android or iPhone, or by email. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

Delete it yourself (website or app)

1. Sign in to Snestico on the website (snestico.ai) or in the Snestico app.
2. Open your Dashboard and choose Profile.
3. Under Quick Actions, choose Security Settings.
4. Choose Delete Account, then Yes, Delete My Account to confirm.

Signed in already? Open your profile . Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Or ask us by email

Can't sign in? Email support@snestico.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Snestico account". We confirm it's you, delete the account and reply when it's done, usually within a few days and always within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in and profile, including your photos and roommate preferences.
• Your listings, marketplace items, posts, comments, reels, events and saved homes and searches.
• Your messages (the other person keeps their own side of a conversation), alerts on your devices and hunting agents.
• Your uploads: lease checks, deposit and move-in records, verification documents and other files.

What is kept, and why

• Records of payments, if you bought anything, without your name, for tax and accounting rules. The payment provider keeps its own records.
• Emails you sent to our support team, and security and moderation logs, for as long as needed to keep Snestico safe.
• Reports you made about other members or listings stay open for our safety team, with your name removed.
