The community hub is where neighbors, students and future roommates meet. Find local events and RSVP, share posts and recommendations about neighborhoods, and get to know a place before you move in.
Anyone signed in can create an event or a post. It is a good way to meet potential roommates in person and to learn which areas fit your budget and lifestyle.

What is the Snestico community?
It's the social side of Snestico: a local feed where renters, students and new arrivals share posts, events and groups around where they live. It's the place to ask about a neighborhood, find people with the same interests and settle into a new city.
Do I need an account to join?
Guests can preview a few posts, events and groups. Signing up is free and lets you post, reply, join groups and go to events, and message other members privately in the app.
How is the community kept safe?
Members can report posts, events and profiles, and reports are reviewed by the Snestico team. Messaging stays in the app, so you never need to share your phone number to talk to someone.
Where is the marketplace?
In the community: open Community and pick the Marketplace tab to browse and search items near you, see items you saved and your own listings, list something for sale, and message sellers in the app.
What can I buy or sell on the Snestico marketplace?
Everyday things people need when they move: furniture, electronics, kitchenware, books and more. Listings are local, so you can find items near you and pick them up.
How do buyers and sellers talk?
Through private messages in the app, so neither side has to share a phone number. Meet in a public place for pick-up and check the item before you pay.
