How to Report a Listing
See a scam, a discriminatory listing or a home that isn't really available? Report it and our team takes it from there.
- 1. You report it
Tap "Report listing" (or the flag) on any home, marketplace item, post or profile. Pick a reason: scam or fraud, discriminatory, wrong info or unavailable, or other, and add details if you like. You need to be signed in, so we can follow up.
- 2. We review it within 24 hours
Our team looks at every report within 24 hours. Reports are private: the person you report isn't told who sent it.
- 3. Scams come down
If it's a scam or breaks our rules (including discrimination), we hide the listing from search and its page, and remove it or ban the account behind it.
- 4. We tell you what happened
You get a notification when your report is closed, whether we took action or found nothing wrong.
Something else wrong, or can't find the report button? Report an issue or email support@snestico.ai.

Snestico follows the Fair Housing Act: listings and roommate posts can't discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability. Report a listing that does.

Common questions
What are the most common rental scams?
A price far below similar homes, a landlord who is abroad and can't show the place, and pressure to pay a deposit by wire transfer, gift card or crypto before you've seen it. Snestico flags listings that look too cheap or use scam wording.
How should I meet a potential roommate?
Talk in the app first, do a video call, then meet in a public place. Tell a friend where you're going, and never pay anything before you've seen the home.
What should I do if I've been scammed?
Stop paying, keep the messages and receipts, report the listing or user on Snestico, and report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to your bank.
